Can I RETURN a product purchased from Melior.lt?
Goods purchased from MELIOR.LT, which were sold to the consumer under distance or off-premises consumer purchase and sale contracts, are returned in accordance with the procedure established in Articles 6.228(10) and 6.228(11) of the Civil Code.
In order to return a quality Product(s), the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (by e-mail) and fill out the Product Return Form, which can be found at www.melior.lt in the " Product Return Form " section.
The Buyer has the right to return the Goods, the commercial appearance and/or packaging of which is intact, within 14 days from the date of delivery or collection of the Goods, after informing the Seller in writing.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept Goods that have been unpacked after delivery and are unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, or the Goods cannot be returned in other cases established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania. The Buyer must ensure that the quality, packaging and compliance with safety and hygiene requirements of the returned Goods do not change.
The Seller has the right to refuse to accept the Goods returned or exchanged by the Buyer in the cases provided for in paragraph 58 of these Rules, as well as if it is determined that the Goods are damaged, the labels have been removed and/or damaged, the protective film has been torn off, the packaging has been damaged, etc. and/or the Goods have been used.
If the right to return the Goods is exercised, the costs of returning the Goods shall be borne by the Buyer.
The Seller is not liable for any deterioration in the quality of the Goods if the Buyer or the persons to whom the Buyer transferred the Goods used them for purposes other than those for which such Goods are usually used, failed to comply with the requirements specified in the instructions, violated the rules for transportation, storage, use and/or warehousing of the Goods, as well as if there are visible packaging and other external defects of the Goods that were not discussed in writing during the transfer of the Goods, or if the deterioration in the quality of the Goods is due to the actions of the Buyer or other persons to whom the Buyer transferred the Goods.
Money for returned Goods is in all cases transferred by payment order and only to the payer's bank account.
Shipping costs are not refunded if the item was not picked up from the parcel machine or if it failed to be delivered.
The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
- the returned item must be in its original, neat packaging;
- the goods must be undamaged by the buyer;
- the product must be unused, without losing its commercial appearance (intact labels and protective films, etc.);
- The returned item must be in the same condition as the item the buyer received - any gifts received with the purchase must also be returned.

Upon receipt of the product and confirmation that the product is unused and meets all of the above eligibility conditions, the money will be returned to the payer's account within 5 days.
